Where can I find the ingredients?
You can find a full list of the ingredients for each sweet on the web site However please be aware that order are packed in a warehouse that packs nut based confectionery and whilst we try our hardest to keep this separate we cannot control products we receive from external suppliers.
Our vegan range is suitable for all vegetarian and halal customers
How will my sweets arrive?
All our sweets are packed in sealed pouches which you can reseal yourself. They are then packed in an outer bag which is totally unlabelled so if the sweets are for a gift they will not be recognisable.
Do you do free delivery?
Yes, if you place an order for more than £30.
Do you offer 1st and 2nd class post by royal mail?
Yes but we do recommend 2nd class as in the majority of cases its gets there just as quick as 1st class. Second class is much more economical for you and 1st class is not guaranteed next day delivery so not worth the extra cost.
What if I can't find a product that I really like?
Just send an e mail to hello@anniesretrosweets.com and we will see if we can add them to our range.
Do you have all the sweets in stock?
No is the truthful answer. Granny Annie’s prides itself on providing our customers with only the highest quality of sweets and although we do stock a wide range of sweets we do believe that it is better to source the products as they sell to ensure we are only providing out customers with the freshest of sweets.
What if I change my mind?
We are happy to change or cancel any order providing the order has not been dispatched.
Do you have any special offers?
Quite often we introduce new lines or promote our best sellers with excellent offers for the customer.
What if the item I purchased is out of stock or not available ?
If your product is temporarily out of stock we will let you know how long it will be before its available with the option to choose a different product or cancel your order.
